教育资格评估（ECA），我们又称学历认证，是用来验证外国学位、文凭或证书（或其他教育经历）是有效的，并且与加拿大的证书相等。许多移民申请人会需要完成学历认证。
Note： Professional degrees for licensed professions are known as First professional degree or Entry-to-practice professional degree. For EE, only degrees in these fields can earn equal points to a Master’s degree: medicine, veterinary medicine, dentistry, podiatry, optometry, law, chiropractic medicine, and pharmacy.
